The open sale processes of Khiva Lokomotiv Hotel will be continued in the electronic trading platform "E-auksion"

As previously reported, in accordance with the relevant privatization programme, an open sales process of state share in the authorised capital of "Xiva Lokomotiv" LLC ("Khiva Lokomotiv Hotel") (hereinafter- the "Asset") has started.
Initial sales processes were conducted with the consultancy of "RSM Uzbekistan". Given the fact that the applicants' offers did not correspond to the expected value of the Asset, the State Privatization Commission took the relevant decision to change the sales mechanism.
Accordingly, privatization processes will be carried out through the the electronic trading platform "E-auksion"

- Total area: 0,7407 hectare;

- Starting price of the Asset: 49 825 842 000 UZS;

This hotel has 78 rooms of 6 different types, accommodating up to 154 guests (including 14 single rooms, 6 standart double rooms, 48 separate standart double rooms, 6 triple rooms, 2 luxury suites, and 2 apartaments).
