Activities within the framework of “Youth Month” were held in the system of UzSAMA under the slogan ‘Youth of New Uzbekistan, unite!’

In honour of the Youth Day, annually celebrated in our country on 30 June in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. DP-5106 dated 5 July 2017 ‘On enhancing the effectiveness of the state youth policy and supporting the activities of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan’, various events with the participation of young employees were organized within the framework of ‘Youth Month’ in the system of UzSAMA. In particular, sports and intellectual competitions were organised among young people.
In particularly, competitions in football, table tennis, chess, cyber sports, volleyball, basketball and handball were organised among men, and badminton and volleyball among women.
More than 100 young employees took part in the competitions and the winners of sports events and active participants were awarded with memorable gifts.
In addition, as part of ‘Youth Month’, an excursion was organised for the youth of UzSAMA under the project ‘Travel around Uzbekistan’ to the historical monuments and shrines of the ancient city of Bukhara.
At the same time, in order to raise the spiritual and moral level of young employees of the system, a round table meeting was organised in the building of UzSAMA with the participation of the founder of the NGO ‘Yuksalish Academy’, holder of the medal ‘Creator of the Future’, international economist and motivator Muhammadali Eshonkulov.
In conclusion of ‘Youth Month’ young employees of UzSAMA visited the building of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis in order to get more closely acquainted with the activities of the Youth Parliament under the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
It should be noted that today 24 percent of employees of UzSAMA are young specialists under 30 years old, and 62 percent - under 50 years old.
In addition, a number of employees of UzSAMA (Shokhrukh Ohunov, Muzaffar Astankulov, Shokhjahon Omanov and Shokhrukh Yakhshiboev) were studied in foreign higher educational institutions, which are among the 500 best universities in the world, and gained valuable scientific and educational experience.
