- It is a pleasure to welcome all participants of the forum and a pleasure to be here with you today. 

This forum provides a unique platform to explore new opportunities and develop mutually beneficial cultures. It will also pave the way for even closer collaboration, supporting our common path to innovation. I hope that this forum will lay the foundation for new cooperation between Italian and Uzbek universities. The agreements we will sign today will serve as a catalyst for strengthening academic ties between our countries. 

As Minister Sharipov noted above, we have deep historical ties. Today we have an opportunity to discuss such important topics as academic mobility, exchange of best practices and strategies to promote innovation and entrepreneurship. 

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all those who have contributed to this forum and worked tirelessly to promote cooperation between Italy and Uzbekistan. I wish us all a productive forum that will mark the beginning of a new era of cooperation and exchange between Italy and Uzbekistan.
