A reception has been organized in order to facilitate communication with individual and legal representatives, protect citizens' legitimate rights and interests, and resolve complaints relating to internal affairs bodies. The complaints concerning the investigation and prevention of internal affairs services and admissions to internal affairs bodies have been heard and measures have been taken to resolve them.
A legal explanation was provided for some of the appeals received. Appeals that required time for study were placed under separate control and the responsible persons were instructed to resolve them.
During the meeting, some of the problems raised were resolved; instructions were given to relevant officials to eliminate those that require additional study, and their implementation was monitored.
Work in this regard is continuing.
