The head of the Navoi regional internal affairs department held another personal reception in order to listen to the appeals of citizens and quickly and qualitatively resolve them.
Residents from various areas of the region attended, bringing forth their social issues, complaints, and suggestions.
During the reception, over ten appeals were heard and referred to the appropriate authorities.
The majority were resolved immediately, while others received legal advice and guidance.
