Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to organise the activities of the Inspectorate for control in the field of mining industry and geology under the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (28.02.2025, № 131).
In accordance with this Decree on subsoil areas intended for the extraction of minerals, subsoil users are obliged to carry out surveying measurements in a single conventional coordinate system, i.e. the 1984 International Geodetic System, and to record them in reports. It also establishes the procedure for reporting the amount of minerals extracted.
In addition, the resolution approved the regulations of the Inspectorate for Control in the Sphere of Mining Industry and Geology under the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology, as well as the paramilitary Mine Rescue Unit of the Inspectorate.
