Spanish experience of rational utilisation and protection of groundwater is studied

Delegation consisting of representatives of the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan, State Institution ‘Uzbekhydrogeology’, State Institution ‘Institute HYDROINGEO’, Tax Committee and JSC ‘Uzsuvtaminot’ visited Spain on the issues of rational use and protection of groundwater, studied foreign experience.
During the trip employees of the sphere got acquainted with modern technologies of water accounting means for groundwater use, innovative methods of control of underground and surface water resources, as well as information systems implemented by Spanish company ‘Hidroconta’.
Negotiations were also held on application of Spanish experience in the field of rational use and protection of groundwater in Uzbekistan.
