Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology and JSC ‘Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine’ organised a training seminar for press secretaries of the enterprises of the sphere

The seminar was attended by press secretaries of the Ministry's enterprises, employees of information services, as well as specialists of the information service of the Agency for Information and Mass Communications, who acted as experts.
At the beginning of the event, AIMC Information Service Officer D. Kurbonova spoke about the main shortcomings and successful practices observed in the preparation of press releases in ministries, agencies and various media events, and also touched upon the issues of organising a pool of journalists.
M. Faiziev, responsible officer of AIMC, shared information on important aspects of photography, choosing the right angle, differences between photography and video shooting, as well as other technical aspects.
U. Karshibayeva, Head of Information Service of AMMC JSC, spoke about the concepts of press release and press kit, examples from her practice, reasonable use of communications and gave recommendations on the proper organisation of the information service.
Within the framework of the seminar, the participants also visited the mill's museum, television studios and editorial offices of printed publications, got acquainted with the Kalmakyr mine and the technological process of production on site.
In addition, representatives of JSC ‘AMMC’ provided the participants with information on the activities of the 3rd copper processing plant under construction, its production capacity, installed technological equipment and the importance of the plant in the development of the region.
