Non-governmental non-profit organisations (NGOs) and other civil society institutions are invited to participate in the competition with socially significant projects aimed at enhancing public knowledge in the legal and cultural aspects of groundwater usage, developing proposals for the effective use of groundwater in Uzbekistan, and establishing social partnerships with government agencies.

Project implementation period: from 1 August to 30 December 2025.
Funding amount: 60 million UZS.
